Law is an ass!!!

Based on a court order the Govt of Kerala ( oh yess...we too have one here).... have imposed a compulsory wearing of helmet for two wheeler passengers.... however the law says it is only for the one who occupies the front seat and not for the one sitting behind... The malayali way of reinterpreting the law.... !!!
