Chennai is one of the foulest cities in India.... stink and garbage...urine and spit..even the posh railway stations of the Parakkum Rail or the Metro rail transport will show symptoms of "singarachennai" and the police and the citizens together contribute to this tragedy.....

If at all the police wakes up that is to torture one or two isolated innocent victims and not part of a massive drive... see what poor Sabareesh had to go thru...
